Why is only half the picture developing?

Hi, any help here would be great. I'm using a pretty old Polaroid 600 one step. Using the impossible black and white film. Only the top 1inch or so of the picture is coming out. It's as if the bottom part of the film isn't getting exposed. Bad film? Bad camera? The rollers by where the film slides out seem to be clean and clear. Any fixes?
