How do I replace the 3 in 1 cable

I have a new and now discontinued 24 in cinema display that my dog snacked on the 3 in 1 dvi, usb, and power charger that is connected to the back of the machine. Does anyone know this procedure?

Link above is outdated. Here's a Technician Guide. Has details on tools required and how-to remove the front display panel in order to access the display innards in order to replace parts.
