my mac seem very hot when i use it (surf internet , music,reading)

i would say that that is normal, i have a friend that has a computer like that one and yes it gets very hot, dust over the fan may cause over heat!! well dust over the fan cause over heat!! use this teardown MacBook Pro 15" Core 2 Duo Model A1211 Teardown and when you finished to open use a air duster to clean the fan dust if you want to keep your mac cool use a software call cool my mac just google cool my max

Just Google "close but no cigar", if you don't understand.
Osvaldo is on the right track. I can only add that a lot of (laptop) Macs have the thermal paste under the heatsink applied way to generous. If you have the machine open take the extra effort of removing LB and the heatsinks and apply something like "Arctic Silver" or similar nice thin and evenly. Cured a couple of MBPs that way.
