Hi I am looking for a service manual for this tv is has sort of purple and green bands along ( horizontally ) the screen and I suspect the T CON board but not 100% sure so would like to find a service manual

Shaun, horizontal lines are almost never caused by the T-con board. Those lines are almost exclusively caused by a bad panel. The service manual seems to be a bit hard to find. Do a search by Series 9 as well as the chassis number.
