My Pebble Steel watch is not vibrating when I receive a new notification. I can still see when I get a notification because it pops up on the screen but I don't feel the vibration. I have made sure that the settings on my phone and watch are both set to vibrate for a new notification. What else can I do?

Mine was in Quiet Mode. You can change this in the settings. You can also change this by holding down the button on the left side of the watch while at the watch face.

Try resetting the watch.

I reset it and it only vibrates on phone calls.
I reset mine nothing, no vibrating at all. I'll try again.
Though it works, feels over kill. Try the quiet mode

No solution worked. No vibration at all even after hard reset

My pebble steel started to vibrate again, after android wear app was removed

I had same problem after installing Android Wear. I took 'belt and braces' approach and deleted AW app and also did a factory reset on the watch and signed in with a new account to make sure I really was back to 'factory settings'. I chose this boots-and-all approach as I had previously also installed a new watchface (Beacon) which screwed the watrch up completely and caused it to reboot at random times and I wanted to make sure I had totally got rid of it.

Just discovered this:
Notifications will appear, but not vibrate, when the Pebble Time is charging.
