Why wont my screen work
The screen on my galaxy mega works fine but will not respond to touch my question is do i need to replace the digitizer or the digitizer and the lcd or if its even fixable

Well, you can just replace the digitizer. Androids a bit more forgiving with this. However, if you're not experienced, you'll likely just mess up the LCD. So you may as well spend the extra $10 or $20 and just get both
