Why is my timingbelt belt causing my honda to drag?
I have a 1991 Hoda Civic 1,5 Automatic , I had the waterpump, timingbelt, and gaskets replaced by a backyard mecanic. And now my car drags it ships in high R.p.m. and found it was out of time. How do I fix it?
