tablet is not powering on

I'm having a problem powering on the tablet...its not charging and I need to know what to do so I can power up the device...please either call me at 516-243-6142 or email me at anthonyesc@yahoo.com

If you have had the tablet for a couple of years the battery eventually dies. At least that is what happened to one of my other tablets... I had the insurance so I got a full refund to purchase another tablet or anything else.
