Theres also some colorful lines on the left. I can kinda see my date,time, and my battery percentage. So what happen was i took off the screen but all i did was remove the metal plate and some screws that connects the screen to the phone. When i tried to swipe it, it kinda go crazy.

Take the phone apart again, remove the connectors, and clean the connectors on the motherboard very carefully. Check the motherboar connectord to make sure none of the pins are broken, missing or bent. Put the connectors back on until you heard them click, just like Legos and put the screws back in correct location, can't mess the screw locations up!! Then do a soft reset by holding down the power button then push and hold the power button until you see the apple icon and phone should be up and working!
