The first thing that you should do is turn the device off and on. If that works then problem solved. If that does not work then hold down the off button and push on the screen at the same time. This resets the device and should fix the problem. WARNING. This is a hard reset and you will lose all stored data in the device. You might want to put all of this information on a computer before you do this so that all the information is not lost.
