Falling in the water

Hello everyone.

Two days ago my phone falls in the water. I tried to dry it up with hair dryer and also i left it for two night in a dry place.

Yesterday it works and when I turn on my mobile, it displayed a notification that is enabled the safe function. Το disable this function click here and the device will be restarted. After this all the applications will be available. When the device restarted it displayed the same. Also when I charge the device with or without battery the flash turns on. Is there anybody who can help me to solve these problems.

bellonig23 the issue here is that you will need to clean your phone. For as long as you have not cleaned it, you are running risk of shortening out your phone even further and causing increased damage. I would suggest that for the time being you do not try to charge it, or to turn it on. Disassemble it using this video. Then clean it properly with isopropyl alcohol. Use this guide to see how to clean it. It was written for an iPhone but all the points are still pertinent to your phone as well. Once you have it cleaned properly, you must replace the battery. then reassemble and re-evaluate for residual damage.
