on screen is frozen with just the battery icon on the display
my battery died, while trying to charge it im only seeing the battery icon on the screen when i turn it off im just seeing a white screen .

Remove battery wait 1 min then put battery back in this should fix your problem

The battery is factory built in...how can I do this
I try to turn it on but it just show the white screen but when I charge it the battery icon comes on with the lighting but when I turn it on again it doesn't turn on it just froze

I have the same problem with my blu studio 7.0 just showing the battery sign and B L U
bold like us
on a white screen, don't care what I do the screen not powering on ,I would like to find out what is the problem with my phone ?
