Black MacBook logicboard question

I have a 2.0 Core Duo black macbook. I was curious to know if it's possible to replace the cpu to get a faster one or overclock the one I have to get more processing power. If the boards are the same shape and size isn't it possible just swap the boards?

Mayer is correct, and the Macbook boards could never be over-clocked. MacbookPro-Yes Macbook- No. Over-clocking an already hot running macbook is senseless.
