phone is not opening..

I am facing some problem with my xperia mini pro as it gets switched off and restarting itself but not open still showing the screen xperia only. this problem occur whenever I open wifi or bluetooth. I have to pay for the repair done every time but I don't know the reason behind such problem. plz help me in this regards
