Error 4013 is usually a usb problem.
Use the USB cable that came with your device, or a different Apple USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer. Don't plug it into your keyboard.
Try a different computer.
Solve other issues with the USB connection, then with your security software.

i have try 3 cable and 2 cpmputers
Ok. Are they aftermarket ones?
One original and two aftermarket. But i have resto Red some iphone with this Cable
Don't trust aftermarket cables. Also try the other things I said
I tried everything but nothing. It could be the USB connector?

4013 is NAND error. try replacing front camera

how is the camera related to the NAND?
A faulty front camera can stop the device restoring.
forgot how pesky apple is with EVERYTHING. upvote. my apology

Try a different USB cable. The iPhone error 4013 can be caused by a hardware problem. It's possible that the iOS device is disconnecting from iTunes, or iTunes can't communicate correctly with the device, because the cable connecting the device to the computer is faulty.
