03 Nissan altima 3.5 alot of blue smoke tailpipes
Smokes blue when I star it up and when I'm driving around punch gas pedal big puffs of blue smoke come out tailpipes

Blue smoke is a sign of oil burning. It could be any number of things i.e. worn valve seals, broken oil ring on a piston to just a plain 'ole worn out engine.
Unfortunately it's much to extensive to be able to be answered on here. I'd suggest if you want to keep the car have a mechanic look at it and possibly do a compression check. At least he should be able to narrow it down for you.
