The more detail you can supply the quicker the problem may be resolved. Do you mean that it still turns on but only prints a half page and not that it is now not working at all? If so is it the correct page that is being printed? Is it the first half or the second half of the page that is missing? Have you tried, turning off the printer, unplugging it from the power, waiting for about 10 seconds then plugging it in and powering it up again and then see if it works properly? Have you tried using the copy function from the printer control panel to see if it prints a full page correctly?
