My phone froze when I formatted it
i tried formatting my huawei g6 and it frozeeee in this part and i dont know how to turn it off

Most phones require you to hold the power button down for 10 to 20 seconds to force them to reboot. If it has a removable battery just pop it out and stick it back in while unplugged and it should reboot as well.
