Why is my screen freezing?

My screen keeps freezing during use, what is causing this and how do I fix it?

If your screen is freezing while you're using the device, you should try restarting it or removing the battery to unfreeze it. If the device keeps freezing, consider replacing the battery. Please refer to out troubleshooting page for more help!
