Why is my tomtom not turning on?
My tomtom one is stuck on the intro screen and keeps turning on and off on its own. It also will not let me turn is off.

Try following these instructions from TomTom to remove and reinstall the software on the device: http://us.support.tomtom.com/app/answers...

My first instinct would be to go on the TomTom site and see if there are any available firmware updates for your GPS.
When devices I have start doing this (I had a similar problem with a 2nd Gen iPod Nano) I let them do their own thing until the battery is completely dead. Then I charge the battery all the way up, and that has given me some success.

it was running and when I reach my location, and turn it off, whenI got back end the car it would not turn on . the adaption is working I pluged in my c-phone , so that is working.
