If you dont have any data to lose off the phone do a factory reset . This will remove the password and make the phone like it was when you first got it but remember all data all apps all contacts will be lost. this video show both a soft reset and a hard reset for removing a password

are you locked out of the google account or just the pin/password to
ON THE S6, as well as many other newer samsung devices, factory reset alone WILL NOT bypass google account lock. When you reset, you will still have to log in with the same google account you used on the device previously. there is a way to get around it. watch the youtube video "How to bypass Factory Reset Protection on Samsung devices " by root junkie for a solution. You will need to first factory reset, then hook your phone to a usb thumb drive with an OTG "on the go" usb cable. You can get the otg cable locally or cheap on ebay or amazon. Download the small apk file from the description on the youtube video, and put it on the usb drive. plug the phone into the usb drive with the otg cable, a file explorer will pop up on your phone, and run the apk. the apk basically just opens up "settings" on your phone. once in settings, do a factory reset and you will be good to go. This tricks your phone to thinking the factory reset was done after the google account password has already been entered.
One alternative if you are more tech savy and or/don't have an otg cable..... may be to use the application "side sync" running on your computer and just hook the phone to the computer w/ a normal usb cable, and run side sync to get a similar pop up on your phone's screen, then somehow navagate to settings using the camera/menu button, then browse to explore, then download a file explorer and or run the apk mentioned above.... and proceed as above, there is a more detailed description of this out there on the web if you do a search.
If you have the very latest firmware update android 5.1.1, this solution may not work for you. Before giving up, try a different otg cable (not cheap quality otg cable, some of them just don't work!) It will depend on your phone model if this will work or not, but in general this method will work on most s6 as well as most s5, note 4, note 5, a7, etc

it does not work because it is helpful to these phones who has been login with google account already

Hey Leesa, The only way you can do right now is "Hard Reset" as you can't apply Soft Reset to your device. It's very easy you can do it with some easy steps. Just follow this guide and perform hard reset: http://www.techoxygen.com/hardfactory-re...
