Why is my Touch Screen not working?
My touch screen does not register finger placements on the screen.

Screen protector Interference

Screen is Locked

Try wiggling around the lock button or taking the back cover off the phone to see if there is anything interfering.
Screen Cracked
If the screen is physically cracked or damaged, then a replacement is usually the only fix here.

i bought a tablet at wal mart
i bought a tablet from wal mart in 3/5/16 and i didnt know it was damage until my daughter came home from her trip on 3/27/16 that when we found it was damage and took it back to wal mart they wouldnt replacement cause the 15 day warrant was up how can i get replacement for it i even have the recipt to
