The Xbox 7MN-0001 Wireless Controller, was manufactured by Microsoft Corporation. It is the first generation Xbox One controller released, but has since been discontinued. This controller has since been superseded by Models 1697/1698 and Model 1708. While this controller is commonly used with the Xbox One, it can also be used for PC gaming.

I cant here through my headset

for some reason when i plug my komos headset into my main controller the Xbox recognizes i have a headset plugged in but i cant here any sound coming out of my headphones. i originally thought that my headset was broken but after plugging them into another controller i realized that its the controller itself. if it helps i use a new lunar white controller with the headphone jack so there's no need for an adapter.
