2 What is the difference between the WiFi model and the Cellular model?
Is there any way to tell a difference between the two models at all?

There are few distinguishable differences between the devices to the naked eye, but you can reference your model number to tell for sure. The model number SM-T330 refers to the WiFi version.

Uh, yes there are. One would have a sim card slot while one would not.
...so which one has the sim card slot
@edfisher72890 The cellular data one would have a SIM card slot, where as a SIM card is not needed to connect to WiFi data.
