How do I fix my blunt power button?

The power button on my Surface Pro is blunt. Its not outward as it used to be. Every time I want to turn it on I have to use something blunt ( a back of a knife) to press the button hard before it comes on. Sometimes it comes on, sometimes it doesn't.
