Device wont turn on

Changed bateries and still nothing. Any ideas before i scrap?

What kind of batteries did you buy?

I have here a Nikon coolpix L120 which also has no sign of life. All I can find in any forum anywhere is "batteries!?".

I understand that's where to start but there are tons of people, me included, where this for sure isn't the case. Seems like that's the answer given in place of "I dunno". lol

From cheap alkaline to pricey rechargeables, this camera remains dead. :(
