charging port is missing pins
the charging port in the turtle beaches is missing pins is there anyway i can replace it with a new one?

Sure! Find a repair guide for your model (kinda need that model #) Your gonna need to be descent at soldering as well. Unsolder the charge connector, replace with a new one and resolder in place.
