Why is blue light blinking
blue light ay icon blinking. I can scan and copy but can't print documents form the computer

hey,
Possible problem: network connection between pc and printer ( i have the same model , and i had the same problem) check network connection and config.

all cables connected. installed new router and tried netgear IP update for HP. Old dog new tricks In other words I don't have much experience here
hey no worries : check if the printer recognize the network. check if your laptop or pc recognize the printer (as standard printer). I don't know if your familiar with the ping command in cmd? if you have the IP number of the printer you can try the ping command .. so you'll know if the printer talks to the pc..
Do you get other info on the dispaly of the printer? or the pc? an error or something.
if you installed win 10 ( update) lately, remove the printer ( full remove) and install it again. I heard a lot of printer problems since win 10..
