The bushings hold the rack in place and are not adjustable . If you have play you need to replace the bushings. There are 3 on most vehicles , two for lateral sway and one for vertical. . Its easiest to remove the rack and then press in new bushings but if you want to you can remove them one at a time on the car.

@ranmal just to reiterated what @jimfixer is already saying. Those bushings are not adjustable. The only adjustment is your Rack guide. It would also be uncommon that the bushing in your steering rack have wore out already. Make sure that there are no issues with your tie-rods or steering joints. Here is the steering part of the manual and may help you with your repair. Steering.pdf
