Headphones not connecting when plugged in
No sound or mic use with headphones when plugged in to the controller. Have tried a few different headphones. Sometimes it shows it being plugged in on Xbox screen, sometimes it doesn't. I hope this makes sense! My kids are getting upset because they can't chat with friends!
