Warranty issues, customer service issues
My phone stopped charging after 2 months. Customer service tells me I have to send phone first and then they will send me replacement devise? Where is the logic here? Usually it take at least a week with shipment back and forth. How I suppose to be without phone if I use it for work? Who is in now world can stay for a week without a phone?
If I wait for a week, then I will have to find a replacement phone somewhere myself.
