valechezcos could be a lens or CCD sensor error. Use these guides to work on your camera. Check first to make sure that your lens open. If the lens work properly consider repalcing the CCD sensor. Sometimes you can purchase the lens (optical unit) and the CCD sensor flex as one unit.
