mp3 /dvd discs are not playing
The cds are playing very good and dvd/mp3 discs are not playing when I insert the same, it got ejected. please let me know the defect

@ssmurthy could be a dirty or failed laser lens. CD and DVD use different lenses. You can try to clean it of must consider replacing the laser lens assembly. If you can give us the complete model number we might find the right replacement instructions for you.
