How can I fix my Tablet?

I have restarted many times when I was younger due to being impatient when it was frozen. Now it doesn't let me download apps, and it wasn't keeping the wifi up when it is logged off or sleeping. Now when I try to power it, it's stuck on the loading screen frozen.. Please help.
