I saw the post sometimes ago while iwas looking for ahelp with the same issue, just gogle autoloader and download autoloader for your blackberry 10 device. Mine is z10, so i downloaded this version on my computer Z10_10.3.02.2876_STL100-2-3 (you can google it), unzip it and instal on my pc.
I connected my z10 through usb cord and it auto load a new Operating System on my phone and its been working well since then.

To Resolving this Issue-
- Connect your BB10 Device to Laptop/Computer.
- Open Blackberry Link (Software preinstalled) & Login to your Blackberry Account.
- Click on ‘Reload’ button.
# This will reload your BB10 Device OS by downloading & installing update for OS.
- You can disconnect only after prompted to disconnect the device.
- That's all.

please donwload autoloader when the donwload it done open it and connect your phone to the computer you gona have a green light and wait for 25 munites.
