Why won’t my laptop charge when plugged in?
Also, it won't hold a charge.

Try a different outlet to make sure the outlet itself isn’t dead. Also make sure that the pin inside the power jack isn’t bent or broken. If none of those tips work then go to our troubleshooting page for more detailed information.
