Will a new bios chip solve my bricked bios issue

Ok so i somehow locked myself out of bios supervisor and user whilst trying to remove my bios password, i tried all (cmos jump, cmos battery) . i then tried to change the bios by crisis flash ( put VAG70x64.fd in a flash and press fn+esc then power on the laptop). Now when i turn it on i just get a black screen , running fan but thats it. So the internet seems to think its a bricked bios that caused it, any solutions? Will buying a new bios chip fix my problem (blank/black screen and password). Please help, laptop is acer aspire v3-771g

Since no one bothered to assist, I ended up taking it to a repair guy who told me I would have to get a new motherboard plus his fees coming to about $80 total which I didn’t have so I sold it for pennies on the dollar and got a different PC. Almost 3 years now and every time I get an I fix it email it just !#^&@! me off. Y’all failed me.

Since no one else bothered to reply to this I will. Are you a highly experience solderer? Unsoldering a BIOS chip that is attached to the motherboard would be a daunting task and getting a replacement board would be a much simpler route to take, and likely more cost effective as sourcing the particular bios chip, getting the pinout for it, and not destroying it in the process of soldering it back on would be incredibly difficult for the layman to do. The likelihood of someone answering it here would be slim, because the answer is it's not worth your time and that effort involved even if you could do it.
