Phone will or load pass beginning screen

Try holding the power button and the volume down button . when you get the android use the volume buttons to scroll up or down and select boot normally then press the power button to select . This should allow the phone to boot normally. If this gives no joy then try resettng the phone to factory settings . Please understand that you will loose all data you have on the phone , contacts, photos ,music, apps will all be gone . It will be the same as when you first got the phone. Hope this helps
