danielgaming99999, Go to the 1st link below sprout channel cubby support and use the instructions to reset/restore your device. If that does not help, chances are you will need new/replacement digitizer/screen for your sprout channel cubby. 2nd is a guide to show how to replace the digitizer/screen and the 3rd link shows replacement part, which you can also google search for better pricing.
