I have a zune HD i had it for a while and one day it did not turn on i thought it was because it was not charged but when i go to charge it nothing happens can any one help? And can any one tell me how to do the three buttpn rest? Please? And thank you.

Just in case anyone else reads this, you fix this by holding down the power button for about 20 seconds.

I did not know about holding the power button down for 20 seconds. I thought my Zune had died but no this got it going again. Thanks.
Thanks I had the same problem, now I use ur 20 seconds method, it worked like magic, by the 18th second it off and on again.
Tried this. Didn't work. Is battery dead. 15 yrs old
I've had this problem a couple times, but as far as I can tell there's nothing you can do to really fix it. Usually if I just leave mine alone for a few days it will randomly start to work again.
