Sreen says hibernating and bot goin off
Tried different keys but still the screen says hibernating

karenprice43 , You could try a reset, disconnect it from the power adapter, take the battery out, hold down the power button for 30 seconds and then placed the battery back in and the power adapter and tried powering it on.
