Try the following methods to fix paper jam error:

• Unplug your printer while it is on. Leave it for approx 30 min. Plug it back on. Sometimes this might resolve the issue.
• Sometimes there is might be something probably inside your printer in some positions which blocks the paper sensor along the paper path in that positioned you can't see.
• Remove the toner cartridge( if you are using) and shake your printer up and downside gently and carefully.Remove all ink cartridges and reinstall them one at time. Move the carriage over to far left and back in position. Re-position the encoder strip of print head carriage.
• Ensure that your paper tray must not be over filled. Verify that papers are not packed too much tightlyin paper tray.
