Steven Grotte , I to, did a search for a while with out success on finding a replacement mother board for the RCA 10 Viking Pro, a lot of replacement screens and chargers, but that was it. What you could check into, is if the port is loose, is to possibly resolder it or replace it instead of the whole board( google search for Mini USB charge port to match existing one). Below is a link to see how charge port replaced. If not comfortable doing repair, maybe take device into a good local computer/cell phone repair shop, have them take a look, diagnose and estimate repair. Good luck.

I looked for maybe 10/15 minutes and couldn't find anything. Maybe try contacting RCA? I've never dealt with them so I don't know how pro-repair they are.
