krystaldavid2549 the 4 blink code is known as power SOS. You can try and disconnect the LVDS cable and turn your TV on.

If it turns on (no screen) then your issues is the LCD panel (really bad) if it is not than you may have issues with DTV12v line. The usual cause for that is the DC-DC converter on the PA board. Take a look at that and see if you find something obvious, like burned or missing components. You'll need the schematics and a multimeter to check out the board, or replace it. Let us know if you are willing to go for it:-) Post some images of all of your boards and the layout as it appears ion the back of your TV with the rear cover removed.
