Why is my sound not working?

Laurin Mckenzie, Below is a link #1, which you can select your devices guide from which will show how to open device to see if speaker wire is loose or enable you to replace speaker if need be, you can also hook a small speaker up temporarily to test if on board speaker is bad. You should also inspect the ear phone jack port for dust/debri which could be keeping contacts in side connected. If you notice something in port try sucking out with vacuum or picking out with a tooth pick, then slide the the ear phones jack pin in and and out a few times.
