khantdeepak you would have to replace the micro SD card reader. This will of course depend on the damage itself. You can always post some images of your damage with your question. That way we can see what you see. To post images use this guide. It is of course soldered to the logic board. You will have to have the right tools and knowledge to replace it. Check out this guide to remove the logic board. For the actual repair check out this video. Different model, same repair. The difficulty with this repair will be finding the right SD card reader. Something like this may work.
