Why is my phone not switching on?

My alcatel onetouch pop c7 won't go on. it freezes on the start screen were it will be showing ALCATEL onetouch popc7 from their, nothing. l've tried to do the manual factory reset but to no luck. anyone knows how l can get the phone back to work?
