one wheal only responds summertime to control impute

When I tilt my feet forward to move forward only the left wheal responds quickly to the control. the right however requires me to tilt my foot really far before the wheal moves at all then it jumps to level like the other. witch makes it feel jumpy on right side . and sometimes just plane docent respond to imput already relapsed giro and nipples.

any suggestions?
