If luck is on your side, try booting while holding down the trackpad button (which, in this instance, is the entire trackpad).
If that does not eject the disc, you will probably need to remove the optical drive, pull the cover off the drive, and remove the mini disc.
Unfortunately, that machine is so new that there aren't many repair guides available.
If you are adventurous, give it a try! There are 10 identical #00 screws to remove the bottom case. After removing the bottom case, you will need to remove the white hinge vent (8 screws: 4 #00, 4 T8). Next, remove the speaker by disconnecting the speaker cables and antenna cables and unscrewing 3 #00 screws. Finally, disconnect the optical drive cable and remove 3 #00 screws holding the optical drive in place.
If you aren't into that, wait for a repair manual to show up here. It's in the queue :)

Use gravity and inertia. Hold the book tightly with the disk opening pointing down and shake it out using short abrupt downward thrusts.
