Won't let me even view the options all around transparent gray and can not select anything won't even recognize the card when inserted.
Please help thanks

Check to see that the card is good by putting it in a computer while in there if the card is new it wouldn't hurt to format it if theres nothing on the card. If the card is good and the computer can see it then reinstall it in the phone . Make sure its all the way in and seated . It should lock into place and not bounce back out .
